A TOTAL DELIGHT!
I had such a blast at Julia Walck’s “Disco Ball Collage” class! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of fun. It was a small, cozy group which made it easy to settle in and just enjoy being creative—something I don’t always get to do for myself since most of my creativity goes into my work.
Julia thought of everything. She sent out a super handy prep email ahead of time with parking instructions and a map (lifesaver!), and when we arrived, all the tools and materials were beautifully laid out and ready to go. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she was always nearby to offer help or cheer you on with her signature enthusiasm.
Julia herself is such a bright, colorful spirit—it’s impossible not to feel inspired around her. I ended up making a collage I’m genuinely proud of, and I can’t wait to hang it on my wall right next to my other framed pieces of her artwork.
I’m already looking forward to the next class and definitely bringing some friends along for the fun. It was a total delight!
