*Clears throat*. Hi, I’d like to check in an overdue playlist…

Ok, ok I know I’m SUPER behind. I moved back in March and life has just been subsequently very busy ever since – hence the lack of playlists over the past couple of months.

But now, I’m back! And to make it up to you, this playlist is way longer than usual – 2 hours and 22 minutes to be exact. So, grab your headphones or hook up to your speaker system and get ready for the March-April-May-June-July playlist. Ft. tunes from Peggy Gou, Soulwax, Neil Frances, Amber Mark and more. 🎶 Have a listen below.

A lot has happened in the last 4 months… Here’s the playlist highlights:

  • St. Vincent, Lord Huron, Islands, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Kings of Convenience, Matthew Dear and Modest Mouse (all artists on this playlist) have new albums out.

  • Jungle released 2 singles! Yes, they are both on this playlist. Don’t @ me.

  • Soulwax remixed “You Make Me Feel” by Sylvester and I instantly feel transported to a party that just has the best vibes, ya know?

  • Car Seat Headrest covered Bowie’s “Golden Years” along with 3 other songs by artists who have influenced their work on an album called MADLO: Influences. (MADLO is an acronym for their 2020 album Making a Door Less Open)

I’m hoping to get back to regularly scheduled programming over the next couple of months! Stay tuned 💛
